We currently ship to all serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability depends on our logistics partners. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Standard shipping is free on all orders across India. There are no hidden shipping charges. Any promotional free-shipping thresholds, if applicable, will be clearly displayed at checkout.

Orders are typically processed and handed to our shipping partner within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.

Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 3–7 business days for most locations. Metro cities usually receive orders faster; remote or difficult-to-access areas may take longer. Delivery estimates are indicative and not guaranteed. Factors such as weather, festivals, logistics delays, or local conditions may affect timelines.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email and/or WhatsApp/SMS. You can also track your order on the Site using the Track Order page or by contacting us.

Please ensure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. Our logistics partners typically make 1–2 delivery attempts. If the package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal, re-shipping charges may apply.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos. If a shipment is lost in transit, we will investigate with the courier and issue a replacement or refund once the claim is confirmed.

If Cash on Delivery is offered, it will be indicated at checkout. COD orders may have additional verification steps. Please keep the exact amount ready and ensure someone is available to receive the order.

We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders that cannot be fulfilled due to stock, logistics limitations, or suspected fraud. You will be notified promptly and any payment will be refunded.
