Which sunscreen texture survives an Indian commute
The best sunscreen is the one you will wear on a scooter, in a metro, and under a work shirt. Texture decides that more than the number on the bottle.

SPF only works if it stays on your face. In Indian heat, a heavy cream can melt into the eyes, and a very matte formula can pill under sweat. Match the texture to the hour you are actually outside.
A simple way to choose
Oily or combination skin: a fluid or gel that sets down within a minute.
Drier cheeks: a lotion with a little slip, still labelled broad spectrum.
Deep skin tones: look for filters that do not leave a grey or white cast in daylight, not only in a bathroom mirror.
Reapply a thin layer at lunch if you sit near a window or ride home in the sun.
Two finger-lengths for the face and neck is a more honest amount than a dab on each cheek. Let it sit before makeup, and take it off properly at night.
